SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
Due to the carbon emissions of overseas shipments by air, we've chosen to sell only in the US. If you are in Canada and wish to purchase our products, please do let us know here - if there is enough interest in Canada, we'd like to find sustainable ground shipping options there. For the rest of the world, we are truly grateful for your interest in our products, but we encourage you to support a small business local to you. 

How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders leave our warehouse in 3-5 business days. We use USPS for package delivery, and USPS usually takes 2-5 business days to deliver your package after it's left our warehouse.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Your order total must reach $35, before taxes and after any discounts or coupons. 

The tracking info says my package is delayed?
Please contact USPS. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no responsibility over it. We also can't see any more details on the tracking than you can. USPS can assist you with locating the package or processing a refund from them if the package ends up lost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for delayed packages - you must request a refund from USPS directly. As USPS requests your personal information during the claims process, we are not able to file a claim on your behalf. 

The tracking info says my package was delivered but I didn't receive it?
Please wait one more business day, then contact USPS. Sometimes the mail carrier will mark a package as delivered earlier in their route before they actually reach your house. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no responsibility over it. We also can't see any more details on the tracking than you can. USPS can generally assist you with locating the package or processing a refund from them if the package is lost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for missing packages - you must request a refund from USPS directly. As USPS requests your personal information during the claims process, we are not able to file a claim on your behalf. Please note that USPS First Class shipping is not eligible for refunds due to lost or stolen mail.

An item I want is out of stock - when will it be available?
We're working on it! If you can still view the product page, it will be coming back as soon as possible - sometimes that's a couple days or a couple weeks. Remember that most of our products are made by hand in small batches, so please be patient with us! On the right-hand side of your screen, there's a button you can click that says "Email Me When Available". Please utilize this tool instead of emailing us to inquire about a product's availability, we only have so much time in the day, and a full email inbox isn't our favorite way to spend our days!

I ordered several unpackaged items and now I can't tell them apart.
Ah, the joys of unpackaged items, amirite? If it's soap or shampoo, sniff it - the scent should help you figure out which is which, or visually compare them to the product pictures. If you're still having trouble telling them apart, you can email us a good quality picture and we'll do our best to assist. You can order the items with the packaging to avoid mix-ups in the future.
